What options are there for Assault Shaker

Hello all. I am going to try to get an Assault Shaker for my Birthday in Jan. I didn't want to call and bother anyone at the shop so I was wondering if you guys and gals could tell me what options are normally available? I recall seeing some variants from time to time but I can never tell what the difference is. Any suggestions or advice will be appreciated. This will be my first Busse knife, although I do have a Swamprat Camp Tramp. Thanks for looking at this.

There was a variant called the Pepper Shaker a while back which was 3/16" stock (vs 1/4"), had a special grind IIRC, and was satin-finished. I'm not sure if they're still available...but Marc will
