What Paid Membership Would I Fit In?

I hand-refurbish axes for myself (a few dozen a year) and sell off a couple dozen as I go, and I do a couple commissions. I do all of this out of my garage as a hobby. I don't know where the cutoff would be between a Gold, a Dealer, and a Service Provider, and I feel I'd be toeing the line. I don't want to cheat, but I also can't afford to blow money I really don't have to.
Any advice?

If you want to take commissions and sell/resell here, the knifemaker/craftsman/service provider membership would be the right choice.
