Garage sale find. Council Tool, 3-1/2 lb. Partial paper label on one side, stamped USA on the other. Faded reed paint. Poll is rounded. The handle is there but probably beyond saving.
Anyone know what pattern this is?

Looks to be a normal ol' Michigan pattern. Very common.
Yep, a more modern Michigan but surprisingly still looks more like the Michigan pattern used to look.

Most Michigan's since the 80's have had more narrow poll and shallower eye, like a cross between a Michigan and a Hudson bay.

Too bad CT doesn't still make this one, it's been too long since we've had a proper Michigan pattern of decent quality.
 
Eh, it's one of the most common patterns around and you can arguably make one out of a Dayton by rounding the poll and the heel/toe. I'm not too upset about them having switched over exclusively to the Daytons.
