What RC-3 Handle to buy

Which handle should i get my RC-3 knife..the orange G-10 or the canvas.Linen handles....the linen handles..are they water proof?

Both will give you a better wet grip than finished wood. Neither will absorb water, though it does appear to darken a bit when wet. I think the linen micarta might be a bit better wet. If you are a traditionalist, I would get the standard micarta. If you tend to drop things, get the orange-easier to find on the ground.

I got the standard grey micarta with my RC-6, but I think the orange is pretty cool option for the RC-3s. It certainly draws attention to your knife.

gives me a better grip,,,just my opinion though,,

plus the orange just looks great :thumbup:

canvas micarta has more "grippiness" to it than the linen Micarta. (or so I've heard)
