As some of you may know, I've sold a large number of knives over the last few days. I have always enjoyed collecting knives, but only recently got into acquiring them in a big way. About 6-months of this obsession later, I had way too many knives, especially for someone who can really only carry them if I go out of an evening, or on the weekends.
Nevertheless, owning a fair number of knives from different makers did afford me the opportunity to see what I like, and what just didn't make the cut. From top to bottom:
Spyderco Knife Forum 2013 Native 5 in S110V steel, Spyderco Sage 2 (with Micarta presentation side), and the CRK Umnumzaan in S35VN:

To be fair, there are a few not in this picture. I have a Sebenza 25 at the spa, another 25 on the way, and a new 21 on the way. But, that's about it. These are the only knives that ever really got pocket time. The Native 5 is a great little knife--maybe a bit on the heavy size for its size. However, that FFG S110V blade more than makes up for it. I also enjoy carrying the Sage 2 when I'm in shorts (happens a lot out here in Southern California). It's light weight, solid, and has a great blade. Spyderco does a good HT on their S30V.
The Chris Reeves knives also make the rotation. CRK tends to be a polarizing brand, but I've had great luck with mine, and the service is excellent.
What about you? Any knives that you never seem to sell--or better yet, which knives have you sold, and then re-acquired multiple times?
