I already know what I`m getting. We were out last week cruising our favorite antique stores, and came across a two hardcover book boxed set, one on hunting, one on fishing, by Clyde Ormand, (one of my favorite writers), from back in the 1960`s. They had it marked $8.99, with 10% off, so that`s my gift from Connie. It`s all wrapped up under the tree.
 
Not planning on getting much, we decided to skip each other this year and concentrate on the kids and friends/fmaily.

I have managed to put away enough to buy somehtign for Rebecca to, in a small way, make up for some of the things she has had to let go - I sell knives I want to keep, she sells things to the same way - over the last year. But that's a surprise so shhhh.

I asked for a tablet this year, tired of having the laptop sitting out all the time. I should be able to incorporate it into my work as well.

We weren't going to get anything for each other, and just concentrate on our son, but we also never did anything for our 25th anniversary, so I said, what the heck, I deserve it. (Hopefully the wife will feel the same way)

I got the wife some misc things, she didn't give much of a list, tried to put a little thought into it. Hope it goes over well.

John, I sure hope you get the stuff on your list, especially that last one!
 
I want new President, a new Governor, a new Representative and some new Senators,.....might have to wait awhile. Or I could move! :thumbup:

I too want my son to no longer have to battle cancer or any other child or adult out there. On a lighter note I've had my eye on a 1980 arctic cat jag. Pretty cherry And under $400. Be a great project for Me in my free time lol.
 
Quiet morning with the wife. Not sure that will happen and have to work Christmas afternoon/evening but I can wish for a quiet, uneventful morning.
 
Pam and I have been together for almost ten years and this is the first Christmas I have no idea what she is getting me. Maybe she paid attention to the hints I dropped about new choke tubes for my 28ga.or night sites for my Glock36.
