I am going to be buying a Large Sebenza 21 in 2 weeks, this will be my first Chris Reeve knife and I have a few questions. I really love the ones stamped with "Classic MM" on them but I am not sure if they make ones without inlays that has this stamped? I know there are the 3 different models of Sebenza, the "Regular" the "Classic"(which is the same model as the 21 unless some are made with the regular shape) and the "21" and I am wondering if the ones labeled as "Classic" are the ones with the stamp... anyway I am rambling which one have the "Classic MM" stamp on them?

Correct

Yes all classics have the MM stamped on them inlay or not. The classics have the MM stamp.

Actually there are only one type of Sebenza made now. The regular is only available in the LE version. Classic is discontinued and the 21 takes the place of both. If you want a classic don't delay they will not be available forever.

Excuse my ignorance as I am about to make my first Sebenza purchase. What are the differences between the 21 vs classic other than the imprint? The description says the 21 is more pocket friendly but I can't tell anything by the pictures.

I am about to buy a classic and don't want to miss out on a 21 if that has improvements.

The 21's have a flat bevel on the handle edge, where the classics handle edge is rounded. Also the part of the handle that is opposite the pocket clip is rounded on the classic but on the 21 it is more of a symmetrical slanting design. The differences are very minor and I would say go with the Classic if you can find one.

I have seen a few vids on Youtube comparing the 21 and the Classic -- Google it, and you'll find 'em. Differences are mostly cosmetic, so vids really are the best way to "see" the distinctions.

BTW, Welcome to BF.

+1. The 21 has a chamfer on the front scales and a slight change to the cutout on the thumb, along with inverting the milling bevels around the screws on the edge of the knife.
