what sheath for Shun Classic 7-Inch Santoku Hollow Ground Knife

Greetings,

I'm curious if anyone here has any advice on a good sheath for a Shun Classic 7-Inch Santoku Hollow Ground Knife? Shun offers a couple of sheaths and I have yet to see a place where they specify which one for which knife.
