So I have this satin blade rucki and lately Ive noticed a tiny dot that I believe to be a rust spot and also some slight discoloration on the spine of the handle and on the inside. I normally have always used choji oil to keep my katana from rusting and have always used it on other knives and it was on the rucki but yet still that bit of rust and discoloration. . Anyone know what I can do to get rid of it? Or possibly a different, better oil for sr101? Cause id hate for this to happen to my waki!!! Thanks

Some Flitz metal polish and a soft microfiber cloth should take care of that. Flitz actually sells a knife care kit, I bought it from Amazon.

Thanks for the ideas guys! I am from canada so not sure if that eesox stuff is here but ill check around.

I just received a waki with some rusting finger prints on top and want them gone!! Would a microfiber cloth with flitz be better then a 3000grit wet sand?

And I think Lycosa meant to suggest a kitkat. Which are delicious and eases my pain lol
