I had a 2005 Idaho stamped 110 I sent it back to Buck on 1/7/2011 to get resharpened and a Spa Treatment.

I also enclosed a letter letting Buck know what I wanted done.

As of today the $6.95 check has not yet cleared for the return shipping. Has it been too long? Should I keep waiting? I don't know what the usual turnaround time is.

I would say that you should email Joe Houser, but he has been out for medical reasons. The turnaround is usually just a couple of weeks. Make a call?
 
Yes, they are available by phone, so the best and quickest way is to just give them a call.

It's not a real abnormal processing time at this point, though.....so you might want to give it a couple more weeks before making a call.
 
I'd say your still ok-they say its very busy and stuff still hasnt been unpacked. I allow 6-8 weeks and as soon as I get ansy and call, it turns up that day or next. 4-5 weeks in my experience would be quickest unless they are slow.
