I have $50 to spend on a knife. I dont know what to get. I want something under 3 inches but can be very slightly over and no smaller than 2 inches. Needs to be good at general EDC tasks. What should I get??? I already have: Spyderco persistence and tenacious, Kershaw needs work, and Sog twitch 2

Well maybe for your price range a Cold Steel Voyager would work. I think the Voyagers are the best knives they have made for them.

Buck Vantage pro Small, the flipper can use some work but Paul Bos HT s30v is nothing to sneeze at, and the ergos arent too bad either

What is it that you like and don't like about the knives you have right now?

You can get a regular Spyderco Native for $50 free shipping and it has very good ergonomics and a lot of people love S30V. Can get a few different beefy Cold Steel models that need a couple more minute of touch-up per week but more strength in emergency. Kabar Dozier Hunter under $20 with choice of handle colors and thumb stud or thumb hole, not afraid to throw it away if mangled or sad if you lose it. Victorinox pretty much anything medium or medium-large size $15-40, you can have fun putting together some furniture, opening cans, sawing off tent stakes, etc. with it

Buck 55 or Vantage
Kershaw Zing
CRKT Drifter
Anything SAK (but I have a hunch that you're not looking for a slip-joint...)

Any of these are excellent EDCs, imo.

I got a bm griptillian 556 for 65$ great knife and it's not far from your price range, you can find one in girly blue for around 55 if you try.

I dont think they're out yet but the Kershaw Cyro will be out soon. Pretty much a little Hinderer design in all steel. Looks cool supposed to be around 50.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I have been thinking about a becker bk14 and a CRKT minimalist. What do you think??
