What should you do when... you mail a knife to Spyderco for warranty repair, and you get so focused on writing the note, making sure everything is packaged correctly that you.. forget to include the $5 for return shipping. I walked out of my house and left it on the table. I dropped the box into a blue mail box near my house, and when I walked in my front door the $5 sitting there. FML

Write another note identifying yourself and the knife and explaining what happened. Put it, and the $5 check, in an envelope. Affix a postage stamp and mail it to Spyderco. Problem solved.

Hi TuCrafty,

I would suggest that you email customer service , explain what happened.

You can always call and pay by credit card over the phone. I've had to do that before

That's good news. Hopefully it won't be a big issue then.

That's what I was thinking. I emailed Charlynn shortly after it happened, hopefully she gets the email before the package shows up. It should be delivered Monday. Either way, I'm glad to hear I can pay by credit card over the phone. I won't have to worry about mailing anything else.

Thanks for the quick replies!
