Greetings all. What kind of wrench and size to I need to adjust the pivot "screw" on my Dominator?
Thanks in advance for your answers.

Hey Mongo... You need a Torx Bit: Size 10. You can pick one of these up in a Benchmade Blue Box. It has sizes 6, 7 , 8 , 10, & 15. They run somewhere around $10. Hope this helps

glad to help. now my one good deed for the year is complete. :D

Edited to add: Blazing Saddles is one of the Greatest movies of all time. MONGO ROCKS!!!!

Nah, Mongo only pawn in game of life.
One more question for you all though... what size torx bits are the clip screws?
I tightened the pivot screw, and there is a tiny bit of blade play still. If I crank it down, the robo mechanism doesn't fire all the way. Hmmmm, what to do?

The Cuda Dominator uses the thumb lugs as a blade stop. When you put side force on the blade, the thumb lug pushing against the frame levers the blade partially closed under extreme pressure. This can cause wear of the frame lock. The fast opening of the ‘Robo’ mechanism can also cause various areas of wear that will affect the lock. Tighten the pivot as tight as you can and still have reliable opening. Do you have blade play? If so, press in on the frame lock lightly and see if you still have blade play. You may have to disassemble the knife and slightly increase the tension on the frame lock. This knife has small diameter washers and thumb lugs blade stop. A weak lock will allow side blade play as well as vertical play. This is only my theory, so please let us know what you find.

man.. when i answered the question, i had the dominator near me..lol. now i don't, but i am pretty sure they would be a size 6 torx which would be included in the blue box.

Edited to add: Force of habit to say this, but make sure you don't over torque it. Not saying you don't know what you're doing, I just have seen it happen to many times.. :D ;)

can't verify, but i would think it would be cost effective to use the same hardware in both the heat and dominator

Edited to add: So my answer is: I definatly think the same goes for the heat. The blue box will fit 95% of all knives, unless you get one with size 5 torx. those suck to track down.
