what size letter punches you all use?

just curious what is the going size for letter puches you all use to mark your blades??? what method is best to make sure the letters are all equally spaced and all lined up nice? is there a place that will make custom punches with your name?

i use 1/16" number stamps for serial numbers, and had a stamp with my name made by Argon Tool. I think it cost $120.

Your welcome. I think the letters are about 1/16" also. The whole thing is about 1/2" X 3/8". I'm thinking about having a bigger one made for bigger knives, and use this one for smaller ones. It doesn't look quite right on big knives.
