I'll start.
In order of acquisition:
1)AirSOG
2)Tomcat (added partial serrations for rope, etc.)
3)Trident
4)TiNi Powerlock
5)Scuba/Demo
6)Magnadot
7)Recondo
Next will probably be the Recon Bowie (if I ever have money again!!!)-and can sneak it by the wife!!!
Have also had (traded or given away) Bowie, Ltd Ed Government, and SOG Tech.
Anyone else want to play? Anyone except Ron, he has an unfair advantage!!!

Interesting you say this. We had a limited number of "special edition" Damascus Recon Bowies. I can't remember the number we made...it was about 12-24 (maybe). They are numbered. They may all be pre-sold, but I don't know for sure. This model was shown at SHOT Show 2001. We had just enough interest and commitments to make a few.

I have a SOG Tomcat, and a NW Ranger.

I want a Vision, Trident, and a Seal.

Hello guys!! I have:

The Bowie
Old Tigershark and the new but I sold the new one.
SOG Winder II
The Trident
Had the Tomcat but missed placed it!:( Getting a new one though!
:D
The Microdot
The Stingray
The Paratool
I also had the North West ranger but missed placed it too!:(
And finally,I think, The Power plier!!!

I love SOG knives!!

P.S. I forgot the Seal 2000!!!

X-ray vision! Great lightweight EDC! But I want all of the other visions!

Bobby B,

Awesome avatar. Greatest breed of dog in the world. Reminds me of my buddy Beau I lost three yrs ago (hip dysplasia).

Anyways, I always loved the Tomcat. I would probably buy one if it came with a thumbstud. Love the cocabola handled one.
I almost bought a Magnadot a while ago, but have to have that clip.
The Bowie and Trident are quite impressive.

I've only got the SOG Mini Pentagon right now But I want:

Scuba/Demo
PEII
Government
Desert Dagger
Recondo TiNI

I want to know what knives Ron has and plays with a lot.

Komondor,
That would be Gunnar, he is 14 months, and still mostly puppy (though 90lb of puppy!!!) He is "guaranteed" against the dreaded hip problems...
Very sad to lose dogs: I did about 16 months ago - Harley (GSD) to cancer... This is very depressing...

You can drill the Tomcat for a stud like the SOGwinder. I almost did, but decided against it...
I got a MangaDot instead. It is pretty much an EDC partially serrated Tomcat with studs. I got brass ones and black powder coated them at work. Love that knife!!!

I kept the Trident, but will probably get another Bowie...

I would love to see a Tomcat-like blade (modified Bowie) [preferably with partial serrations) in an Arc-lock, with Cocobola...

What do I play with? :D

OK, my daily carry is the Night Vision, which was preceded by the SOG Vision. On my key chain is a Gold TiNi CrossCut in a custom leather pouch.

My "desk knife" (ok, I have about six of the same models on/around my desk) is the Serrated Air-SOG. Best none-overbearing, perfect fit-my-hand knife we have.

I own a lot of our knives (I won't list them all here).

Special highlighted (in addition to the above) SOG knives that are among my favorite and why:
  • SOG Government: Favorite well-balanced (best in-hand feel) fixed blade.
  • SEAL Pup: Favorite practical all-purpose (non-humongous) fixed blade.
  • SOG Bowie Favorite stunning fix-blade for all reasons. Alright, gotta add the Scuba/Demo here, too.
  • Cocobolo Tomcat: Big, beautiful and substantial folder.
  • Serrated MagnaDot The single folder I'd want in the woods with me if I didn't have anything else.
  • SwitchPlier: Come-on! It's just too fun! :) Oh yeh, it works really well, too.
  • PowerLock: Favorite do-all multitool.
  • Pocket PowerPlier The perfect sized tool for me if I don't need all the "bells and whistles."
That should do it. :)

The SOG's I have are:

Pentagon Elite
Tomcat
PowerLock
CrossGrip
SwitchPlier
AutoClip
Magnadot

The ones I want:

Duo (I can't wait!)
Access
Vision

By the way. Ron, any word on when the Duo will be available?

Hi El Cid,

The Duos should start shipping very soon. I don't have a firm date for you. Fun, innovative knives! I know you'll enjoy them!
