What Spydies do you see in the movies

I don't know if this has been posted before, but I watched The Client last night and spied a Spydie! It was carried by Benny the blade and it looked like a police model that had been modified, blinged out. What other Spydies have you spotted and what movies were they in! Too much fun!

I don't ever go to that forum because it is closed to any new members. So I'll leave this open for all us newbies to participate. Than for the link though. I enjoyed the thread!

It's closed to new members because there was a high level of spambots signing up and posting junk on the forums. Not because spyderco hates us!

I watched Anaconda last week (1997 film, I believe) and noticed one of the guys had a Spyder but I couldn't tell which model.

That was an original, first-generation Delica.

The spydie in "The Client" that the OP mentioned was the first time I ever saw a Spydie and the moment I knew I had to have one. I've been into Spydies ever since I was about 13 at the time and had been collecting SAKs for about 2 years.

There have been a lot of Spydercos in movies. One of my favorite sightings was in the movie "The Hunter" with Willem Dafoe. He used a Delica in several scenes.

Looking through the Spyderco forum thread the fully serrated models seem to be very popular with film and tv show makers.

The Endura in Stallone's Cliff Hanger from the early 90s is what turned me on to the brand. I've seen Spydercos in several TV shows and movies but the only other one I can think of right now is the Endura Lori had clipped outside her pocket in The Walking Dead.

There was a behind the scenes special on The Walking Dead and the lady that creates the clothing was using a Jumpmaster to shread the shirts.

Anthony Hopkins in "Hannibal" had the one with the curved blade.
I can't recall which model though

Yeah I saw that but wasn't familiar with that model and thought it was a Spyderco design knockoff.
