Hi All,
The other day I've picked up Mac Cutlery FKW10 Yanagi from Japanese series. Says tungsten steel on the blade. Can't find any other info on the net. Checked out their site, no info there either. For another series they at least state the hardness which is 59-61, but not for japanese. I've emailed them asking the same question, no answer.
So, may be someone here knows the answer?
