Recommendation? What steel to choose for a Push Dagger ?

Hi i want to ask your opinion in what steel is better for a push dagger.

My options are O1, D2, and 5160.

What do you recommend ?

Do you have (or your maker) a good digitally controlled kiln and a good set up for heat treatment? If yes, 5160. Use the recipe Larrin posted in his charpy toughness tests, that gave him a very good toughness result. If the answer is no, none of the above. 1075 or 1084.
