Recommendation? What steel to choose for a Push Dagger ?

Hi i want to ask your opinion in what steel is better for a push dagger.

My options are O1, D2 and 5160.

What do you recommend ?

All would work. A push dagger is a small defense knife that will likely/hopefully never get used and any steel will work.

For something to be carried a lot, D2 out of those choices for its relative stain resistance. If you aren’t worried about corrosion I’d do flat ground O1 just because it’s easier to start with flat ground steel for grinding a dagger blade.
