On larger Randall Models, Randall uses 440 B and 440 C.

It's not modern 'high-tech' steel by any stretch, but it's about as reliable as an old small block Chevy or Toyota 4-cylinder...in other words, for its intended purpose, it works quite well...it's just not too flashy though
