What style of belt loop is this?

Hey, so I modified my 110 sheath with a new belt loop. There are 2 instead of 1. This is a test version I threw together in 20 minutes without dying it.

I don't know what this is called, and I have never seen it before.
You thread your belt through it the same way you would thread a pancake sheath.

Belt Loop#1>Pants Belt Loop>Belt Loop#2

This belt loop keeps it way more stable. It is basically a smaller version pancake sheath, but it worked great for me because I was used to the standard 110 sheath.

I guess I'm missing something. All I see is a wider, split belt loop. The pants loop in the slot would keep it from moving right or left. It does kind of seem like a solution looking for a problem, and also assumes your pants loop would be in the right position for your optimum carry location. The nice thing is it will also function a just a standard loop.

No, you're not missing anything. It is nothing too spectacular. I carry my sheath on my right side, close to the belt loop. I carry my knife in the woods a lot, and when climbing or jumping over stuff, it would move out of place, so it fixed my problem of it moving around. I just put the idea out there to help anyone with the same problem. The "design" is for hiking, climbing, running, etc. when you want your knife to be secure and not sliding around. Yes, it is very simple, but it works great for me and i'm planning on making a nicer version once i break this one. :)
