I found this knife and it said Old Timer on the handle and on one of the blades it says Schrade Walden NY USA I don't know what style of slipjoint it is or how much it would be worth if I cleaned it up?

*UPDATE* on the back it says 80T

That is a "stockman" traditional style knife.
Cant help you on how much it is worth or any handle materials or anything, sorry.

Looks like a Schrade 8ot stockman. Some one has ground the clip blade into a sheepsfoot.

Seems like you hit the nail on the head there. The long pull usually goes on the clip point blade, and seems like that knife's been used well for many years. Also looks like the spey blade got converted into more of a pen blade.

You're asking at the right place, but you'll find more info down in the Collectors - Schrade sub-sub-forum. ;)

The pattern is called "stockman" due to the blade configuration.
Looks like the larger stockman, 8OT, meaning #8 Old Timer. It should say right "8OT" unless it's been removed.

Difficult to say for sure from that photo, but it looks like one with the French-style nail nick, as seen in the center knife in the photo below. Those are older and less common, quite collectible if in new condition.

If that knife were in new condition with the original packaging, you'd probably get $60-$80 on eBay, perhaps more. But since it's been used and modified, I'd give it a $5 value, although you perhaps could get $10 depending on the alignment of the stars.

FYI, the reason those are collectible, the Imperial-Schrade corporation went out of business in 2004. The 'new' Old Timer knives today are made in China and sold by a knife import company (Taylor Brands).
