I took a couple of my boys hiking today and they were on point!

It was a fantastic day and I was enjoying it.

What are they looking at?

Here is a closer image:

See it? I did not really see anything at first...

Turns out these guys were all over the place...the boys seemed a lot more able to spot them than I was. Tiny little guys....

It was another fantastic outing with my boys. I might get some more images up later.

Hope everyone else is having some good times out in the woods today!

That is too cool! I'm always amazed by what kids see and find. I am continually beat out by my son, who can see a deers eye blinking 100 yards away behind a bush and I need binocs and a 7x50 to see em in plain sight! "Oh to see the world thru the eyes of a child eh?"

Couple more images from the hike (assuming I can recall how to post them...)

The younger of the two got his first knife today...he had a really special time! The three of us returned home with all our fingers and toes...Imagine that, three kids having fun with knives and nothing bad happened...go figure;)

Nice pics man. That's usually how it goes. They are closer to the ground and see more of what's on it...plus as a general rule, more interested in looking at what's there.

When I used to go hiking with my youngest, a short hike would take all day.
She would be fancinated by everything she could see.
From the acorns to the color of the pebbles.
We used to love it.
