what thickness blade to order?

Hi,
I'm getting ready to order a Hiker model from forum member Stomper (JKhandmadeknives.com). It's a 4 inch blade. Trying to decide whether to order it in 3/32 inch or 1/8 inch 01 steel. Planning to use it for camping food prep, camping firebuilding, general messing around. I like the idea of a slightly lighter knife and noticed that the Moras, and the BRKT EDC Seax is 4ish inches, but thinner. What advice would you all give me? Thanks!
 
Most Moras are closer to 3/32" than 1/8". Thinner tends to make a better knife.
 
Agreed - Thinner is better. Easier to keep sharp for longer period of use unless you are using it for extreme chopping.
