What to do now?

I just received some hot rolled steel, and want to get it surfaced ground. But since my neighbor decided to get rid of his surface grinder, I have forced to look elsewhere and have had no luck. Everyone that I had contact have said that the don't do work on tool steels.

So now what do I do?

Is there something I can do short of buying a surface grinder, don't have the money or the space?
