Here's the deal:
I have a Pelican PM6 (model #3320) with a dead lamp. It's a nice little polymer body, 6V, CR123A cell, incandescent flashlight that produces 74 lumens.
The obvious fix is to get a new lamp assembly, fresh batteries and go on with life.
However . . . I paid $20.97 for the light complete with Energizer batteries. The lamp assembly from the same source is (drum roll please) . . . $20.97.
So for the short term, I just bought another complete flashlight.
But what to do with the old? Is it possible to replace just the lamp/bulb itself and maybe save a few pennies?
Should I look for an LED conversion of some kind?
