The scales are getting loose on my Hiker. Any suggestions.

Pop them off, clean it up good before your rough up the metal and the plastic, and use just a tiny (TINY) bit of glue or epoxy to put them back on.

Bounce over to sosakonline.com (.org? I can never remember), they've got some discussions on rescaling SAKs.

Good advice. Often your don't need to use glue at all, but if you do, then just a tiny bit in the holes for the pin bushings will do the job. I use GOOP glue, based upon the recommendations of others, and it works fine for me.

Ditto to what's been said already, but I prefer Gorilla Glue.

Good luck,
