What to get from Paris?

Relatives are staying in Paris for a week and wanted to get me a gift. Don't want to break their bank or waste much of their time though.

Is there a must have french knife under $100 and easy to find while touristing Paris?

Only things that have caught my eye so far are a Le Thiers Chambriard (likely more than $100 and maybe hard to find), some kind of Laguiole (could be hard to pick a nice one for $100), or a bunch of Olivewood Opinels (easy to get here though, seems only worth it if it's cheaper in France).

Thanks for all your suggestions!

Mm look up well known cutlery shops in Paris/Yelp to find a place and if it's along the way perhaps they could make a stop? I didn't have the chance to do so while I was there but in Czech there was a very decent one with traditionals and moderns. Each country in Europe usually has pretty decent shops. Italy, Czech R., France, England. I would recommend the Le Thiers Chambriard as well. That or perhaps a more embellished Laguiole.

French pocket knives are my favorite, I really need more:D
Opinels are one of my all time favorites but you can always find one and they are always good, so I would go find something more unique that you would want to hand pick, I like Laguiole En Aubrac I bought one for my dad when I was in France and I now own it, Honore Durand,
David Dayvillaire are quality Laguioles there are many more, there are good ones made in Thiers I often carry a Rossignol it was I think around $80 it doesn't have a forged fly/bee and spring like the En Aubrac but it's well made and has served me for over 15 years, I really like the juniper scales on the En Aurbrac, but there are so many French regional knives, I always wanted a Yssingeaux and Roquefort knives, anyway find a shop and maybe up your $100 to $120-$150 and you will find something really special, I went frugal with the Rossignol after the money I spent on my dads, but I wanted to buy a guitar in Spain.

Here's a old thread you might like to look through lots of nice French cutlery
