What to make from this steel?

I was the lucky one to win a bubble jig setup and a piece of feather pattern pattern welded steel in Fred Rowe's drawing a little while ago. I've recently bought one of Bruce Bump's carbide file guides, and that combined with Fred's jig gives me the confidence to try something a bit out of my comfort zone.

My plan is to buy a few pieces of cheaper steel (O1 or 1095) in the same dimensions as the pattern welded billet, practice on those, then grind the nice piece once I get it down.

Here are pictures of the billet. It is 6 1/2"x1 1/4"x3/16". I like folders, so I thought maybe one or two liner locks, our something similar. Also, it seems there is a dagger wanting to get out of there. I'm open to suggestions. I'm putting this here because I value the high end guys' opinions a lot.

I actually only just thought about a folder blade today. I've only done one slipjoint and my second is at heat treat now. If it was thinner, I'd do a slip joint. I have no idea how to even design a big liner lock.

How cool would it look as a titanium framelock with the Damascus blade?

Based on the size you would get 2 really small folder blades out of it. I think that you should make a blade and a pair of bolsters out of it.

Mr. Gedraitis, can you help me with some of the details of that? What kind of folder were you thinking?

Rolf, I think that would make a very heavy soddie! Haha

A folding dagger would compliment the pattern and get the most out of it. A drop point would have to be cut out so the pattern flows to the point. A nice gents folder could be made with matching blade and bolsters.

I have absolutely no idea how to do that. I had previously looked at your website, but I had to go back to find what the specific knife I was think of was called. I think something similar to your Puffin or Stubnose. Not the same of course, but something like that. I think those blade shapes would work. What do you think?
