What to send in with my Sebenza?

When I send in my Sebenza for tuning and sharpening, what should I send with it?
Box, warranty card, birthday card, and knife? Just the knife?

I tried looking around for an answer, but I unfortunately didn't have much luck.

It is best to send just the knife. It is likely that the box/card/etc. would not be returned.
email me at mostmenareruthless@gmail.com and I will email you a copy of the instruction sheet CRK has to send in with your knife.
