Folks, if you are thinking of forwarding a package through the Red Cross, or want me to forward it to Kuwait, here is a list my brother sent this afternoon: Keep in mind he is Christian, but if you were to send other religious material *somebody* would be glad for it.

My list is in two categories - Taking care of the body and taking care of the soul.
The soul needs are:
daily devotionals
small cards with verses &/or a message
Tracts of encouragement
Pocket Testaments
Christian paperbacks (used is fine)
little dangling things (key chains, crosses, bookmarks, etc)
used Christian music CDs or DVDs
LOTS OF PRAYER
The body needs are:
hand sanitizer bottles of all sizes (big ones refill the pocket versions)
hand (and udder) cream
towelets
Q-tips in small packages
Hotel sized soaps and shampoos
Wrapped candy & cookies (well packaged)
Jelly beans ( for my jelly bean jar)
chewing gum
coffee
Pringles potato chips
used Paper backs
used music CDs
used DVD movies (will go into a lending library)
Eyeglass cleaners / lens cleaners
small Kleenex packages
tooth brushes & tooth paste
Razors and shaving accessories for men & women
Paint brushes or small dust brushes for getting dust off of everything
Lysol pump bottles, bug spray pump bottles. (aerosols cannot be shipped.

To which I add, tobacco (yeah, I know, but neither are bullets). Also, Sunblock of any brand! The higher SPF the better.
