What does everyone who uses the stock kukri sheaths use for waterproofer?
SNOseal?
minkoil?

It really does no good to waterproof your traditional scabbard.
It is water buffalo hide over a split wooden core.
No matter how much you waterproof the outside leather, the wooden core may still get wet.
The effect of the waterproofing will then be that of sealing in the moisture. It is better for the scabbard to be able to "breathe" and allow this moisture to evaporate. The scabbards are traditionally made in this manner so that the scabbard will expand/contract to the variances in climate.

Oh man. That reminds me of water resistant East German watches. Water goes in but never comes out again.

i soak it completely in baby oil inside and out when it first arrives then give it a good coat of dubbin

I use Kiwi shoe polish to keep my sheaths in good looking shape. It does not waterproof, but it does protect them from casual wettings and it helps keep the leather protected.
