Most traditionals can whittle with ease but what do you prefer? Pics preferred!

Probably this one.

I prefer to use a fixed blade though for long carving sessions. Less fatiguing that way.

My favorite is the Camillus 72 Carpenter/Whittler Knife. Its small clip and coping blades are great for whittling and I like its large clip for everyday tasks. At 3 5/8”, it fits my hand comfortably, but doesn’t feel bulky in my front pocket.

Edited to add a picture showing all of the blades:

I've whittled most with the schrade 34OT.
Now I most use this imperial barlow as the full sized handle and small pen blade make a great combination for a utility blade when working with wood ( or whittling )

Then there my case 6208 splitback half whittler which for some reason is the knife that comes to mind when I can't find my pencil sharpener.
Of course I use what's in my pocket, but this one just seems like the perfect knife for sharpening pencils, or any small carving really.

Well now I guess I gotta take the 6208 and whittle something, I be back in a bit with whatever I make.
