The Makers Mark looks like a "T", your best bet would be getting the mods to shift this to Bernard Levines Thread of Identification.
I almost looks Pakistan - but post this over at Bernards Thread - you may have more luck.
Blow that photo up- there is a Makers stamp there- then do the research.

Photobucket decided to block 3rd party hosting unless you pay them $400 a year..... so yeah, they probably won't be around much longer.
