What type of grind/bevel does this blade have?

It looks like he is using a standard x-acto knife with a concave curved blade for leather cutting:

For cutting leather without tearing, you want a very thin edge, thin blade, narrow for ease of control, and high polish. That's it. Don't need to spend much, any hobby knife will do and can be given a concave curve if desired.
 
Tandy leather sells an example of the knife in the video which is nothing more than a similar blade to that curved exacto but with a brass and wooden handle. Basically just an expensive and fancy hobby knife. I just use a razor knife when I cut leather as it's cheap and readily available.
