Ok, so it is a couple of $20.00 knives. But how else can you have so much fun for less than $40.00? These were mail-ordered so I only got to really look at them after the sale.
The larger knife is a CKRT Carson F4-02 neck knife. It also came with a neck/belt sheath, a black ball chain, and a belt clip. Very handy hanging around the neck. Seriously. Do people ever wear these things on the outside (other than at the Blade show)?
The smaller knife is a CKRT "PECK". It is hard to tell from pictures but this is a knife with the minimum amount of metal! When folded, the blade rests almost flush against the outside of the handle. The exposed edge looks scary to me but I can't see any way to get cut with it. I'm still trying to figure out how you are supposed to open it. Perhaps using two hands?
Anyway, you'll be able to recognize me at the Blade show... I'll be the guy wearing a neck knife!
I look forward to Friday, the Blade show, and meeting some of my fellow knife afficionad... er, knuts. Have a safe journey.
