My 630 is way offblade scrapes the side of the handles, what was the fix for this issue without sending it in. Thanks

Loosen the pivot screw a bit, laterally flex the knife about the pivot (blade open) until it no longer touches (blade closed), then gradually tighten pivot while checking clearance.

Sometimes, the handle screws need to be loosened too. Same procedure.

Once everything is tighted to the degree neccessary for carry, cycle open and closed a few times, maybe drop it on the carpet a few times. Just to make sure it stays where you want it.

Sometimes just taking a knife apart, and putting it back together works. You might try gradually tightening each screw a little until they're all tight, tightening down one all the way, then the next, flip the washers, etc.
Folders can sometimes have strange little idiosyncrasies.
'Course you still might have to send it in, and let BM take care of it.

Tom Mayo, who probably knows his way around framelocks, suggested this: Open the blade, and push the tip of the blade toward the side where it rubs when closed. It worked for me.

Some are not going to get fixed in these ways. I got a pair that had blades that when checked with a straightedge were bent. :(
