Did anyone who watces the TV show, Burn Notice, notice the hawk bill Michael put to the throat of the kid from the Home Improvement show on last nights episode. It was a hawk bill with a hole like a Spyderco or Byrd, and had a wave like an Emerson, and looked to have some sort of custom handle.??

The opening hole was a oval which cannot be a spydie or a byrd, and it had a emerson wave feature. I'll try get a pic of the knife if anyone can identify.

Here's a pic, it took me 25mins to get the correct frame to snap a pic lol.

It looks a bit like a emerson karambit but with a customized handle.

Thats what it looks like but it was customized with a satin blade and white scales that looked to be carved.

Great to see cool knives on TV especially ones we recognize. Burn Notice is a good TV show, too bad it has such a short season.

in the first season michael uses a balisong to puncture a guys tire anyone know the make/model? im guessing a knockof of a BM42

Haha I saw Burn Notice last night and as soon as I saw that knife I knew someone would make a thread. I noticed the big hole and just assumed it was some spydero knockoff

I asked this in another thread and someone said it was a cheapo.

Looking at the picture it does look like an EKI but i think its a nock off rather than an original.
It just dosnt look quite right.

Good show, good episode. I'm glad they finally introduced a good nemesis--not the kid, the spy Michael used to work with who kept threatening to "Kill everyone"

I'm watching it right now. When he presses the blade into the guys neck, there should be blood gushing. Any knife of mine would cut him without any pressure.

If you were the propmaster for TV shows they would be a lot more interesting.

My god those are ugly knives. I am just going to pretend it is an Emerson when i watch it.

This show it so fake. The sheriff of Wolf Lake killed Tim the Toolman's kid? Yeah, sure.

dont worry, it turns out wilson is the final boss and he didnt really have the kid killed, he just staged it so he could challenge michael to a game of hop skotch.
