What was the main purpose of the Renegade?

The Delica was made to be used as a general utility cutter. Civilian a self defense folder. Military a hard use all around cutter. So where does the Renegade fall in?

Yeah,I just passed one up at a gun show for 55.00.

You're gonna laugh, but the Renegade was destinated for the motorcycle market. The object was to get rid of the hump and make a thin knife with a low profile, while keeping an American traditional style, thus the Bowie blade shape.
Also note the Black Hawk - the smaller companion for the lady riding her motorcycle .
