What will you be looking for in the post-Y2K garage sales?

Assuming Y2K ends up a squeak not a roar, what knives do you hope to see in the garage sales this spring? What do you think you'll pay for them?

I'll be looking for a KA-BAR under $10, but I fear that most post-Y2K garage sale knives will be junk imports I'm not interested in.

You NEVER know what you will find at a garage sale.
I stopped at one a few years ago. Looked like all they had was some kids clothes and toys. Except off to the side was a 10" sushi knife...I bought it salmon scales and all for $5. Cleaned up sweet. The greatest knife bargin i've come across.
A co-worker of mine stopped a yard sale. Bags of stuff every where...she's going through bags, checking out what is in each when she come up on a bag of dried marijuana! She just put it down and left.

I'll be supprised if you find many quality knifes for sale after y2k. Most people who will spend the extra money for a good knife will hang on to them IMHO.

But I am loking for:

A generator big enough to run my welder.

AR15 mags.

Bulk .223 ammo

Reloading components for 45acp

And I'm sure I'll find all kinds of crap I'll just have to have.

Years ago a fellow took his garage sale to the local flea market.
When I got there he had 4 Randalls, and I bought the #1 he had for $35.
I will be looking for another sale like that, but I am not gonna hold my breath.
However, there a millions of knives out there and I will be looking.
