I have a BK7 in the mail as I type this, but I would like to get a folder as well. Any suggestions price doesn't matter. And I think I will be ordering a 2 and 11 also. I think I"m hooked!!!

Look at the Hogue EX01. They are pretty badass.

Well you have many options
The new kabar folders released at SHOT look cool,
but they are made in China and not the best steel.
The Spyderco Delica/ Endura FFG line is great, and for the price
they are even better.
I just ordered a Spyderco Resilance, Letherman e33L and CS Pocket Bushman,
and I think they will be great value folders.
The Kershaw Skyline is a great US made folder with a great price.
It all depends on what you want
If price doesn't matter and you want something tough go with a ZT ZT300 or 0200
They are practically sharpened folding tanks

Love my Beckers...but my edc folder is a Zero Tolerance 0301..... Or my ZT 0350.... Both are pretty hard core and ready for hard use... Just like my Beckers.

ZT 0301 is a grail knife of mine. Can't wait to get one.

i have the KA-BAR folder by Dozier design, cost me 24$ at an army barracks i have been using it for about 6 months no wobble where the blade meets handle. blade still locks in tight when opened. I even use it to cut my food just so i don't have to load another utensil in the dishwasher. for a 24$ knife its a hell of a deal.

I am with moose n clich, If you do get the hogue get the gmascus and if your hands are regular sized get the 4"(or the large). I have the 3.5" and the handle feels a bit short(and I am not big). A ZT 350 would be great too, but I don't like the recurve blade shape, but its a sturdy knife. The much loved spyderco para2, even though it's not quite like a becker(being that it's ffg n all), but it's an awesome knife. The spyderco gayle bradley is a workhorse too.

Last I heard, Mr. Becker fills his pocket with a Phat Bob. Mighta changed though. I'll second the Dozier folder, mine has gone from my pocket, to my tackle box, to my EDC bag, to the kitchen and back and works great. No blade play, though I wouldn't try to "Becker-Test" it. Takes a razor edge and keeps it through all kinds of tasks. Had mine for $18 on Tomar's.

There aren't any Becker folding knives, as far as I know, with the exception of one member who's building a custom job.

well, Chris Reeve would enjoy it if you bought a Sebenza, Ethan would approve too:> bit spendy, but bullet proof :> love mine :> don't carry it enough though. very slim.

or your could buy Kershaw Tyrade. damn tough knife... doesn't feel as slim or "basic" as a Sebenza. like mine a lot, used to carry it daily until...

or a Hogue folder with G-mascus handles. i've been carrying one since after Blade Show 2011. GREAT KNIFE.

or a Phat Bob. i've had at least one version kicking around a backpack or workbag as well. VERY slicey knife. oh my yes. good value as well.

or a KaBar Zombie knife (tanto). can't really say enough good things about it. bright, inexpensive (made in taiwan just sayin'), and solid, and SHARP

or a Johnson folder. very like the Zombie knives and Doziers, just really good, and good value.

I could not say "get a sebenza" anymore than I would suggest a 16 year old to buy a Porsche Carrera as a first car lol.

No Becker folders...as of yet. The options most people are giving you are of knives APPROVED by Ethan Becker and other Beckerheads, as having similar desirable traits to the Becker knives, tough, durable, sharp, and practical.

I'm not a huge tactical folder dude. My Case Tactical Peanut serves me well most days.

But I do really like the ZT 0551 and the Hogue EX01. Also the BM 110 and the Spyderco Para.

I've owned a Sebenza and sold it. I will own another someday. One with micarta inlays.

Not hardcore, but the Kershaw Skyline and the Kershaw OD-1 are often in my pocket. Mean little slicers, they are.

I rotate between RAT1, ZT0350 or Emerson Commander with my BK2 when I hit the trails. Occsionally more then 2 of them goes along. The SAK is a worthy companion too.
