What would it look like pocketworn?

How about a thread with side to side pics of an old pocketworn knife alongside a new exact copy? Just for example, say a 1940 case trapper peachseed jigged chestnut bone next to a current Case trapper peachseed jigged chestnut bone?
I know from time to time someone will post a picture of their dad or grandpa's old knife and they didn't want to lose it due to sentimental value and go out and buy one exactly like it.

The bone on this KHnutbuster has aged very nicely.

I think the covers on my new lamb foot will endure the passage of time just as well.

If I remember right that is modern case bone acquired by Wilfred Works . I tried to get on Kerry's list for that knife but his books were/ are??? closed . I like that jig pattern lot but not enough for a glue on shield . I would of bought the case sodbuster if it wasn't for that .

I saw something on tv a bout an app that will make a photo of someone look like that person when they are older. There should be an app to make a new knife make it look like one that is pocket worn at different ages. That would be more a more useful app. "See, this is how great your trapper will look in 5, 10, 15 years."
