So I'm having a bit of a dilemma, I have a $500 credit to a local store that is a Benchmade dealer. I know that the credit is going towards knives but I can't decide if I want to buy a few models such as the mini onslaught, loco, contego, and barrage or just go all out and throw the bulk of the card at a 10 year edition Infidel. This store has an excellent selection of Benchmades so I'm stuck. Opinions?

If it was me, I would get the 781!!! I would also use it.

If I were in your shoes, I would get one knife that would occupy pocket time 100% of the time instead of having multiple and having to end up only using one. Additionally, will you use the 10 year Infidel or will it be a safe queen/novelty item?

The problem is none of my knives see 100% pocket time, I would honestly be better suited with a regular infidel since I use all my knives but at the same time I like to collect. It's a usable collection so to speak.

10 year edition Infidel are only being made a short time then none will be made and they are moving fast, but as a useful EDC it's not my choice just an investment that will always be worth money years from now.
Myself i would be thinking about a BM knife that i knew i would find good uses for.
