The thread "what would you like to see Buck make" is a very interesting thread. I generally read "production models" in responses to that thread.

Buck turns out some really nice collector and limited edition knives. If Buck's Custom shop would make you anything you wanted them to make........what would it be?

I would have them make a 110 folder with a 5" blade. The blade material would be a high carbon steel. The liner and bolsters would be Nickle Silver. For the handle material I would like jigged red bone or African exotic horn material with the anvil logo inlaid in the side. I would like to have a thong hole or a big flat shackel on the rear bolster. For the sheath I would like to have a rugged, nice form fitted sheath made from some African exotic like Cape buffalo, Zebra or Crocodile.

What would yours be?

I think it would be a 532 with raindrop damascus blade, handle scales of apple coral. OH YEAH, I know thats what I want!!!!:D

Let's see......
I'd like very much like to see a Buck 307 stockman in yellow micarta with
D-2 steel blades. :D To me that would be a dream knife:)

I'd like a Buck 110, mirror polished D2 blade, file worked damascus liners and bolsters, lanyard hole and for scales.. mammoth tooth!

I'd like to have a Nighthawk with a blade-length of 9-10 inches, made out of either ATS-34 or VG-10.

a set of 503"s in Red, White, and Blue micarta scales and BG-42, VG-10, or D-2 blades

I'd want two; a 532 with black pearl slabs, 416 SS bolsters, BG-42 blade, and file work like the 2000 limited edition, also a stag and damascus 112 FG. Racer Roy

KNOWLEDGE THAT IS NOT SHARED IS LOST.

A Vanguard with tear drop damascus and Mammoth Ivory handle. Oh, with scroll work on the silver butt and guard. A ruby in the shape of an anvil could be a cool shield enlayed into the handle. Thanks for the nice dream. rob19

How about a custom Kalinga with BG42 blade and presentation grade ironwood handle?

You know Danbo I was thinking the same thing just last night. I hadn't thought of Ironwood but I did think of some exotic wood would be nice. How about putting on a 14k gold hilt too. I think the Kalinga was one of the most asthetically attractive knives I have ever seen. Really nice lines. I think it would look great in a Crocodile sheath.

I'd be happy with an ATS34/154CM Nighthawk - micarta handles would be icing on the cake...

Proabaly an 819 SS( type.. maybe ground tanto ) in 420 with the rubber grips, similar to my Alpha/ rubber grip/ hunter.
A MIRROR polish is required.I'm a water creature.....

HOWEVER.
From my last call to them, if you want " custom" you get a 110 with a few little options available.

My rubber handled Alpha is real nice.
It even has an I'za~ho stamp.( Idaho)

The nylon sheath was giving me a fit so I looked inside for a burr.
The burr was a paper sticker that says ( I quote)
" Sheath made in China"

Hey Chucky ! ??
Are you attending the WalMart croquet tournament for the rich and greedy ?

Buck was numero uno
THE BEST ON THE PLANET..
It could be again for a bit of volume sacrifice ($$)
Nowadays... yak_tan-ini_yipsho...

I want my Buck family back... :)

Chucky... Go have dinner with the Randall crew ( YOU buy)... Pay Attention ...

I had a friend who asked another friend ( whaddya wanna be ? rich or famous? )
Ricky asked the question.
Mack responded " famous for giving quality work "
These fellows are both plastering contractors.

Mac is Old school.. like Chuckies granpa, I suppose.

No Rolls.. No Ferrari but he'll die with people saying " HE WAS THE BEST" !!!

Id like a Night Hawk with a BG-42 Or D-2 blade, With a G-10 handle and with a 7 inch blade. And a sheath with a pocket to hold a 110 made with a D2 or a BG-42 blade with a carbon fiber handle.

I'd like a Buck Mayo TNT only with a 4" blade and styling options for handle along with color options and possibly other alternatives to the titanium handle.

I'd also like to see the 112 included with the 110!

An Adrenaline with a polished BG42 blade (does BG42 polish?), a blue anodized handle, and macawood inlays.

Honestly, just a drop point 110, BG42, with screws instead of rivets, pocket clip, thumb studs and alalone instead of wood.
