I heard this question asked and cannot help but wonder if I would listened.

I would do everything I could to show how important it is to be a serious student.

I wasted a lot of time in school.

I'd also tell myself to be more serious in school. I'd tell myself that I should just run from the girl I meet at 19. I would tell myself to be more careful with money and that I should save more. I'd tell myself to watch what I was eating because it's going to catch up. Finally, I'd tell myself to invest in certain makers knives because they are going to blow up and be worth crazy money.

It would be a pointless effort for me...I probably wouldn't listen to myself anyway

I would tell myself to not worry so much about trying to be popular. Other than a couple of people, you won't care about them or what they thought of you after you graduate.

Don't waste your time feeling guilty for :jerkit:! Everyone else is doing it!:o:D

Don't blow your transmission doing stupid crap in the snow!

Slow down on that curve just over the bridge. You'll save a ton on insurance and anguish.

Yes, she really does like you, so call her before she moves away!

Other than these few things, I think I did pretty good. I wouldn't really want to do it all over again, but I might make a few different decisions.

Both your mother and your father will die. Spend all the time with them which you can.

That would have been 1984, so...

Invest every penny you can in Microsoft and Apple. Even if you have to have the parents do it for you.

Go see Stevie Ray Vaughn in concert.

Don't sell your first car. ('69 Olds Cutlass S)

Eat a cheeseburger and hit the gym ya skinny runt. :p

Enjoy Coca Cola in the half liter glass bottles. They're switchin' to plastic and its going to ruin the whole experience.

...and your grandparents.

I'd tell my 15yo self to start career planning and investing for retirement right now, too, but what a waste of breath that would be.

It will be allright to join the army in 1964 when you graduate, but pick a different M.O.S. You'll avoid Viet Nam, and have a much better time than you would have if you were say, an infantry medic.

Stop spending money on B.S. you don't need.
Go easy on that old truck, you'll get some years out of it.
Stay away from the drugs, they don't make you cool or smart or anything else.
Stay on the team. Life will always throw a-holes at you, whether it is a coach, a boss, a professor, a neighbor, etc. Might as well learn how to handle them while you are still young.

I dunno. 1967 was a long time ago.
I either cannot or do not want to envision being 15 again.

At 15 I would probably not like who I have become. I was a long haired anti-patriot snot nosed idiot back then. So not that I would listent but this would be my advise.

Start working out now, you will need it later. Save for the important stuff. Highschool is not the rest of your life. Later you will believe in Jesus so try to understand it. Be accountable for your actions.

Wouldn't know where to start. I would both bore and terrify the 15-year-old version of me.

I'm 50 now and often think of what I should or shouldn't have done in the past. Most important would be not to smoke.

That machines will take over, you must stop Skynet!

Just Kidding, Stay away from women, they only want your money and people do judge you on how you look. So dress nice.

I´m waiting for the first of you to say -

"To get back to the warning that I received. You may take it with however many grains of salt that you wish. That the brown acid that is circulating around us isn't too good. It is suggested that you stay away from that. Of course it's your own trip. So be my guest, but please be advised that there is a warning on that one, ok?"

1234,,,,,,:D

first of all i would tell myself to get a better knife.

I graduated high school with a 2% homework completion. I was stubborn slept through my classes, didn't attend a single detention. and generally aced any test i was given. Only good thing i did was stopped a girl who saved my life from getting raped... not sure exactly what speech i could give, i was a unreasonable prick.
