What years was Spyderco using this method of clip mounting?

I looked back through the catalogs at the Spyderco site... (back to 06) and cannot find this style of clip attachment. So I assume it was before 2006.

Anyone have any idea?

Well Spyderwiki says the Delica 3's got the barrel bolt in 1999, Endura 3's got them in 98.

Depends on the knife. On the Delica, that style was used from '98 to '05. On some models it is still in use. Also, just for the record, I'm fairly certain that's either a drawing, or an altered photo. AFAIK, there never was a barrel bolt Delica without steel markings below the SPYDERCO name on the tang.

It could very well be.... I just did a google search and grabbed the first clear pic I could find.

I have a black Delica with that style of clip attachment. The handle and blade are black. the steel is VG-10.

You can see it here, but the clip is not as clear as the pic I "stole" from the net. (I was too lazy to take a pic of my actual knife).

Basically trying to figure out a date range for the Delica pictured.

Since it is VG-10, yours would have been made between '02 and '05. The earlier ones with that clip were ATS-55.
