Actually it's not called Perfect Trekker, but MPT (Multiple Purposes Tanto). MSRP is €70/$90 IIRC, you might get as cheap as $60 or maybe even $50-ish if you look hard enough. It's another CLB design:thumbup: Compact fixed blades you can hide on your person with more reach than the SubCom Fixed Blade. Dunno if it's full tang, never tested it with a magnet, but won't expect otherwise.

And yes the MPT is an awesome little fixie i preferable use for nasty and dirty tasks so easier cleaning instead of a folder. Also nice in the kitchen.

Yeah, it forms the basic of my EDC setup with EKI Mini Com http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=576981
Just used it alot, never tried to abuse it (that's why I carry the Mini Com, duh!?) because I know it's limitation and shortcomings. For instance, sometimes the flipper gets in the way during deep cutting choirs; on the other hand, I leave the "ripping" to the Trance. I stabbed it many times in plywoods (not as many and as hard as the Mini Com, but) it performs better than you might expect from such pointy accute blade design. The wears are caused both by the tasks I threw at it and the "waving". IMO the ergos is better than the Hyper I've got, but speaking out of all frankness, it's not as good as the Commie.

Regards the MPT, thanks for the info. Nonetheless I have to apologize that I might never use it because lately I've joined the sect of rodens (RAT!!!)

So not the one without the cutout on top of the thumbstuds and with darker black finish...

At dealers i have only seen the dark version without cutout and the plain version with lighter coating.
