So, I'm all happy this morning, my new ASHBM will be here sometime today!

Then I go check tracking info and see this at the UPS site:
Mojave, CA, United States 10/24/2013 5:11 A.M. Train derailment.
Hodgkins, IL, United States 10/21/2013 3:10 P.M. Departure Scan
Hodgkins, IL, United States 10/19/2013 11:57 A.M. Arrival Scan
Indianapolis, IN, United States 10/19/2013 9:51 A.M. Departure Scan
10/19/2013 1:17 A.M. Arrival Scan
Defiance, OH, United States 10/18/2013 10:03 P.M. Departure Scan
10/18/2013 7:55 P.M. Origin Scan
United States 10/18/2013 1:11 P.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS

UPS sure knows how to be a buzz-kill! God, I hope she wasn't destroyed!!! :(

It would take more than a Train Derailment to destroy your Busse ;)

Sorry for your delay. Hopefully they get it straightened out and your knife arrives quickly

Make sure to take a screen shot of the tracking page, that's one to remember. Hope you get it quickly.

I was in a couple hour meeting, just checked UPS, and it looks promising:

Chula Vista, CA, United States 10/24/2013 9:26 A.M. Arrival Scan
If the barcode is in tact, so is she!!!!!!!!!!!!!! W-H-E-W !!!!! :)

I REALLY didn't want to have this conversation with Lexi! Uh, hi Lexi, a train ate my ASHBM... :eek:
 
I'll raise you getting a case number from the post office because the only record is that it was dropped off at the post office then "magically disappeared".

But yours is a bummer, and has a resolution in sight!
 
There is an INFInite number of things that can go wrong with UPS. Good thing you lucked out :thumbup:

She really is one big hunk-o-INFI, but she feels much smaller and agile in your hand.
I see an ASHBMLE with Choil in my future! :D
 
Makes sense, Choil versions require an additional step or two in production. Wish I had ordered non-choil now. I hate waiting till last.
