Does anybody on here know where the Damascus steel was made for the 110's and what kind of steel goes into most of them - say 15 to 20 years ago more or less !!! Any help would be appreciated on this matter. Thanks. Jack
 
Recent damascus from the custom shop and on limited editions has been Devin Thomas stainless steel damascus.
 
Got another 'off topic' question: I have a very old Buck/Hatchet with the old black handle and from the handle to the blade it is all steel. Only markings on it are Buck usa under the word Buck. Anybody know how old it is by any chance.? I know it is at least 25 years old because I brought it up from Fl. that long ago and I had it before then. And it is like new, but no box or anything. Just curious is all.! Thanks. Jack
