So, I'm sitting here reading some threads and drooling over pictures (having a few adult beverages)...does anyone grab one of their knives to keep them company while they're online? ...it's not quite the need for company but the need to feel the soothing side of steel...if i could just have a SAR 8...satin...convex blade...nuclear melted edges...(drool)
 
Maybe you should settle down and have a child beverage..:confused:
LOL just messin..yes I admit I have my blades spread out so I can fondle..:foot:

Jaxx, you must have a knife "visiting/fondling area" of your home set up!;)

I've got about 8 of mine laying under the glass see-thru coffee table. I just pick a few out and lay them on top of the table to admire. I don't have any little kids running around so its cool. My wife does'nt seem to mind. ;) :)

*At least knives are manly, appreciate in value, and can be used for self defense, survival, and an endless # of other applications.

---I could probably be diagnosed with having knife seperation anxiety because I feel naked + uncomfortable simply moving from room to room in my house unless I have access to at least one sharp object!

Now that's cool. :cool::cool:

My wife thinks I'm crazy with my knives and the kids are drawn to them like a magnet, so they stay hidden in boxes in a closet or in the safe.:grumpy:
 
I have a rack set up in front of the screen to hold a few, only the ones that have been good get to watch, sometimes they see old friends or kin folks, sometimes one of the bad sheep of the family will show up and it scares "Hack Bear Cub" But NMSFNO reassures him, and tells him he's got his back! I've got good kids and try to raise them right.
 
I am surrounded by INFI (on walls) at work and at home:thumbup::thumbup:
